Proven quality: one step further, towards excellent customer service

Interroll is strongly dedicated to continuous improvement in service to our clients worldwide. Product quality is always the main focus of attention. At Interroll Dynamic storage centre of excellence in La Roche-sur-Yon France we are currently developing improvements in client satisfaction, in particular product quality and services, thus improving the supply chain.

Since July 2008, Interroll Dynamic Storage France is ISO 9001: 2000 certified by TÜV, which guarantees a correct management system. Interroll is now fully compliant with quality standards which help to improve customers' satisfaction in the customers-supplier relationships.

The certification for America and Asia is planned for 2010. Furthermore, Interroll Dynamic Storage will self-certify its complete product range - Flex Flow, Pallet Flow, Pushback and Carton Flow - following the Machinery Directive 98/37/CE changed by the document 98/79/CE, paragraph II B within the next few months. With this CE certification, Interroll assures that all equipment supplied will comply with all safety and technical guidelines.

The policy also includes the expansion of the test area in La Roche-sur-Yon, where lifetime and commercial tests, as well as validation tests for new suppliers are carried out on the whole product range under real-life conditions.

The results of any tests carried out demonstrate and prove customer expectation.
